Flaks

So I remember how in the first weapon slave sheet there were flaks, and that they did not make it into the game. I imagine this was because they were a slave with the minelayer, which would be a very hard to balance weapon (endless minefields or useless short duration bombs). But it would be really cool to have flak in the game.

Heat-seeking missiles are more effective. They might still be too effective even after the explosion rework.

But Flak would be immune to point defense.
