Bug Factory Power Issue on Planets

When I place a factory on a planet, neither the power supply beam gun nor power reactor blocks will power it. The same set up on a station works normally.

I also notice that Planet Segments now no longer have any power capacity by default (in the previous version, plopping down a Power Reactor caused a Planet Segment to have a default capacity of 50k.)

Yep, I plopped down a power capacitor, and had 1,000 power ready to go. It kinda makes sense...a space station may have some innate power storage, but a planet may not. Of course, if that's the case we'll need at least 1 power capacitor in the default inventory for survival.

I mentioned the same thing in the general discussion subforum.
Actually the need of power capacitors isn't that bad for survival play style as one is made aware of the need for them.
