Issue scope: .18999 AND previous release too
Steps to reproduce:
- host a MP game
- login
- create a faction
- place a faction block on a planet in an unclaimed system (station not tested)
- change signature of the planet
- set homebase
- claim system
** button text on the faction module interfaces changes to "revoke Galaxy sys ownership" **
** Galaxy sys color on map (P) changes**
** Faction has 100 FPs **
- logout
- login again
** entering zone message: system is owned by your faction xy ** <- ignore that, see actual result
expected result:
-systemis still owned by my faction
actual result:
-systemis semi-owned by my faction
---Other faction can place a faction block and claim the system
---I still get mining bonus
---No color highlighting on the map (P) anymore
---Faction module button text switched back to "claim system control for faction" (before: "evoke Galaxy sys ownership")
- no revoked system ownership notification in in-game log
- no information about revoked ownership in server logs
