Faction Attack Ships kind of just sit there

Scavengers sent fleet after fleet at my home base, but most of the ships seem to be standing idle doing nothing. They all seem to use the old power system as well

Update, when I die and load back in, all the ships are firing.
honestly the fleet AI seems to be pretty buggy.

probably the same AI bug (maybe target function out of bounds crash?) that makes mining fleets do the same thing.

If it happens again try jump away, wait sector unload timeout, jump back. See if they "wake up' from that like mining fleets do.
