the problem might be either you dont have the file or the file is corrupt. 1st get a starmade pack with the file. 2nd follow the path of the files aka (heres the path) each folder is in the last one you open.
1.Downloads
2.starmade folder
3.data folder
4.shader folder
5.plasma folder.
inside you should either not see a file called plasma.vert.glsl or you shouldn\'t. if you dont then simply take the plasma.vert.glsl that you should take from the other starmade I told you to get (copy dont cut) then place it there. if you do see one then try placing the plasma.vert.glsl that you see in the folder to the desktop and then placing the copied plasma.vert.glsl for the other starmade pack into the folder. repeat the proccess with any other corrupted/ lost files that you might get (which is why you should copy not cut from the other starmade folder) and just follow the path which is error itself. just start at the starmade folder which should be in downloads
