Error 216

[PC-2011]

I installed a fresh install of windows 7 64 bit with 16gb of ram and i7 quad core. I proceed to install java. Now i launched starmade and every time I try to login to the server or local game I get the error 216.

Full Error:
RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "./lib/ffmpeg/ffmpeg64.exe":CreatProcess error=216, this version of %1 is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x*6 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher

Some possible suggestions:

1. This and some other pages appear to indicate that it's possible you have a virus.
   
2. Make sure you're using 64-bit Java to run Starmade.
3. As a workaround if necessary, change the filename extension of "starmade\data\video\SchineSplashScreen.mp4". (And, probably, don't try to play the tutorial videos.)
