Engine Flares Flash/blinking when firing lasers

Just what it says, I noticed this when I was cleaning up some NPC wrecks all around the spawn shop in single player. When I fire my lasers, the engine flare animation seems to speed up on them, or flash somewhat. Hard to explain. Mostly a cosmetic bug.

It actually seems like the animation is being sped up while you are firing your weapons. Just a small note to add.
