Effect computer: Mirror

It adds an Mirror effect to all BEAMS fired at the ship.
reflecting 25% of the damage to the source of the beam.
also has a weapon effect bonus: if connected to a beam, it cancles out mirror effect.

yea it does look a like only you have more the stressed part of slaved and I have (i think) a good idea as not slaved
to maybe make it more clear: it would be an attack def system that reduces an attack to 75% of it
