Doors and Docking

I've noticed that on The Rebel Aliance sever that it frequently glitches and docking and doors stop working. The doors are no longer linked and can only be opened one block at a time. At the same time docking stops working. I can undock a ship and cannot redock it in the same place. These are bare core's that I'm using. There are no other blocks on the ship.

Ive been playing on the server a few months, when this happens damage cant be dealt and ai is down, its just a issue on the server when the spawn gets to cluttered, alot of new players tend to leave their ships floating around at the spawns massive dock. It goes away and is understandable given its the most popular server and theres usually 30 players online
