Docking zones are not working properly. This ship is docked in a zone in which it should not be, as it exceeds the dimensions in two different directions. If I make a ship that should fit in that zone, like a shallow cube, it refuses to dock, citing that the ship doesn't fit. It makes it very difficult to design a ship to fit in a dock when extending a ship to the back or front of the ships core makes it extend past a huge docking zone, simply because the docking zone height is shallow.

Update: Ok, figured out some of what was going on here. The ship core will dock to the docking module via the bottom, that is, the direction of travel of the ship core is 90 degrees to the direction of the docking module. However, ship size is determined, at least for a space station, which is what this is, I haven't tested on a ship to any extent, based on the front of the ship core. So, to make the site accept a longer ship, ie blocks fore and aft to the direction of travel of the ship core, you would have to add blocks underneath the docking manager. This is very unintuitive. It means that the docking box is based on a position of the ship different from the position while docked. In addition, with regards to the bounding box being smaller than the ship (which it still is, new discoveries notwithstanding) It seems to be related to only one side of the ship. That is, your ship would be twice as wide as the docking box would seem to indicate.
