so the recent update (not the last one) changed the way docking works so that now, it is almost impossible to dock any ship at all with out a dock the size of a planet. it uses parameters based on the most outlying points of a ship which is unfair, considering how many ships sport long noses or "needles". I think that Schema should just revert to the last docking mechanism, it worked very well
