I've noticed that, once I connect a ship to another's docking module, the one docking on (not the host) starts spinning and twisting around uncontrollably which makes it impossible to aim or turn at all. I have not yet tested this in multiplayer but it happens every time in singleplayer, no matter how the module isplaced.
