Distributing Sectors over Multiple Servers

    Currently many servers are having a lot of problems with lag and such, this could be solved by breaking up the server into a main server handling misc stuff and a sector server which would be running on multiple separate machines connected to the main server. The idea is that rather then making all sectors be simulated and downloaded from the main server, the load is distributed over a collection of servers. Using this, servers would be a lot more scalable and we might be able to see huge servers running stable.
