NEWS:



We have our new Official US Server.



It's loaded with good hardware and we have more memory coming soon.



The IP address will be in the description for this video. We will be



doing a stress test sometime this week or next week and we will make



an official announcement about that test soon.



RADAR:



2 versions of RADAR to be displayed



1 small 128x128 showing dots



1 large at 512x512 that will be accessed by key and display sprites as info



RADAR will be an upgradable block allowing you to see more based on conditions



NEW PLAYER MODELS:



We will begin new player model testing this week. This may include re-working our new models geometry a bit but we hope to have something working by the end of the week.



We have a basic skin for the player model right now but I will work up a space suit based skin as well.



COLORED LIGHTS:



We will implement some coloured lighting this week from all major hues of the color spectrum.

We will be working on some neat ai stuff living on planets in the future:

Afterburner which will allow you to sacrifice to gain a speed boost

TOnez music block which will allow you to play mod, mp3 and sid files in game

The year is coming to it's end, in about a week my classes are over and I'll finally be able to play and test this wonderful game again.
Also, congratulations to Schema and you, Beetle. I guess I've never seen so much progress in a game the way you two are making, keep it up!

Thanksgiving break just ended and i'm really happy i got to test a little bit.
As cool as lighting and space suits are i'm most excited about critters! Hopefully that means new AI!
