Ive searched the thread on this issue and only found "change your resolution" or "restart your computer" even reinstalling the game.
Problem here is that no matter what I do my actual mouse that I see in game is (on my 24'' monitor) about two inches ABOVE what it is selecting.
Other issues within this are that the spawn menu box is glued to the top of the screen and the game will not start in windowed mode, when it does it is in a one inch box somewhere at the bottom of my screen and then crashed.

And the spawn menu stuck up there so I cant even get into game because I cant click the spawn button!
