Critical Error

I really want Starmade, I mean really bad! I downloaded the the game, but whenever I try to run it says SocketException: Permission denied: connect

I've tried a lot of stuff and it won't work, so please help me!

a system in your computer is casuing a SocketExexption that has to do with not letting it connect (thinking it might be malware but does not know how to remove it possibly)
