Now I wanna ask the SM community, "if you think that it would not be more fun to play (in general) if mass is conserved".
It would make the calculation of centre of mass during combat easier.
Destroyed blocks could then spawn capsules which merge into ores which condense to something similar to ingots.
A couply of blocks could act like a Plex-Store - but grows/shrinks with content and has resources evenly distributed over all blocks to save RAM on meta-data.
You get most of it back.
But some of it may turn into space dust (a non-collideable but maybe interactive (reduce sensor strength, give info about destroyed entity contents...))
What are your opinions about "conserving mass"
