Dunno if any one has suggested this or even noticed it or if im right about this but i think i am
the server i play on went down because the Data Folder Went Over 9Gb in size and the owner told me it was because the Data Folder Had No compression it was just Raw Data ( i think he is useing a older server machine ) we had to deleate the data Folder to get the server back up ( game made a new one but we will eventually have to deleate it again if it gets to big again)
basically i think by making the data folder compressed servers won't have to reset their worlds so often if at all ( some do have to do it) so peopple won't lose their big stations they worked on or their planet bases
If you could find a way to get this Compressed But still have the game read it i think that would help with stabability for some servers
