Combat Logs

I think combat logs would be extremely useful for blocking griefers.

1. Make it toggleable
2. time stamp the attacks
3. make it so the logs aren't flooded for each combat
4. include the sector

I'd just like a way to know who attacked which ship and where the attack took place. Many Thanks.
