Coloured backgrounds refuse to show up now.

I don't know what's happened, but I've gone from this...

To this. Mind you, I haven't altered any of the settings at all. The coloured background setting is on. Life is incomplete without a little colour, please help bring back mine.

This issue is not region-specific. No matter where I travel, on singleplayer or multiplayer, the background remains pitch black.​
