Chat is Bugged - Just a small heads up

As of the time of writing this, Chat has been broken for at least half a day (getting closer to a full day now). Once you initially open it up, it will not load any new imcoming messages for some reason. You wont be able to see what other people are saying after you've join (backlog will be there) nor will other people be able to see what you say till after chat is reloaded.

So yeah, I've been trying to throw people at the official IRC chat for the past while, since it still works (is quite hard when some people don't even know they have to reload!)

Would be ideal if people could use that until chat gets sorted out for now. That is all~
