Can't use mouse

I started the game and get to the spawn screen but when I try to click the spawn button It does nothing. Tab and the + key work along with the esc key but not the mouse? Any help on how I can fix this? Would like to play the game but can't even start.

Just fixed the problem myself. I had to use a resolution 1280 and below in order to run on my computer. I'm using windows 7 basic. It wont work in full screen or not. If you get this problem just change resolution down a bit and it should work no prob! I think it was a prob with my graphics card not wanting to run on the higher resolutions for the game.
