can't update linux server to 0.09381 from 0.09378 Via terminal

i have tried the regular method of sudo java -jar StarMade-Starter.jar -nogui -force it runs through the command but doesn't update the server, i've tried rebooting the machene itself and runing it after that. is there another method i'm not aware of? i would rather not dump all the files as i already have several player made structures

You probably dont use the latest StarMade-Starter.jar?!
