Can't do anything

I need help for some reason whenever I build a ship and try to do anything the second I start flying it around and salvage some asteroids the trade fleet comes in and kills me and I didn't even touch the shop please help!

Have you tried reseting your nitendo 64

Reset your universe, or change this: ENEMY_SPAWNING = true

to this: ENEMY_SPAWNING = false

in your server.cfg file (open with Notepad or other word processor). If the cfg setting doesn\'t fix it, go to the admin tab of the catalog and make the permissions for each ship not have ENEMYUSABLE box checked.
