You can draw a 1000 pixel diameter circle in paint (or something better) and use that as a guide.

Do a google search for minecraft circle calculator. It will tell you everything.

I think the circle should be orienated perpendicular with the core so at least 1/4 of it can have gravity and so someone could rotate the core simulating centripetal force. Just my idea I thought of before I gave up on Elysium
