Bug: Starmade Dock Community is Missing Communication Skills

Bug description: Every time a debate breaks out about large game or balance changes, users get mad and start accusing the other side of malice, and frequently derail threads. Moderation usually doesn't bother doing anything to them.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a real problem with the game, preferably regarding ship mechanics.
2. Start a forum thread detailing a possible fix for said problem.
3. Attempt civil discussion with dissenting opinions.
4. Wait a bit. It might be the second or third person to disagree, but sooner or later someone will start getting angry and posting poor, emotionally-driven arguments and fallacies with no real substance.
