Can we get a sticky of a good bug report at the top of the Bugs thread? It won't get rid of, but it might help, with some of the terrible bug reports (things such as "Game keeps crashing when starting" with nothing else).
I'd suggest something like:-
People that have been here longer than me can probably advise more pertinent questions.

- What OS are you using?
- What version of Java are you using?
- Do you get any error messages?
- Is the bug repeatable? And if so please provide the steps.
