So I found a nice big cathedral derelict station right where I wanted to put a warp gate. Tons of shields, huge cannons, energy to spare, perfect place to just claim and build the warpgate on. Sure, I have to be careful where I put things because its decayed and I only get scrap back, but I get the gate built and mostly decorated just fine.
Then since the gates only function one way (as in you have to enter the correct side of them), I was going to put some red and green crystals on there to show which side was which.
It won't let me place them. Just gives me the error/warning box saying anything I place will be scrap if I take it back off.
Is this a bug, or are you just not allowed to add decorative elements to decayed stations?
