Broken OpenAL dlls

It seems the looping / broken sound bug was due to outdated or corrupt OpenAL dlls from starmade. This is why the recommended workaround to overwrite their system versions is no use. That hint should be removed.

Overwriting both with fresh versions (ie OpenAL Soft) fixes the sound with no apparent adverse effects.
