Broadcast local ftl

If you warp, any player who has highlighted you (press f on your name) receives a message at the top right saying:

Playername is warping to x, y, z - press Y to set waypoint to x, y, z.

This is just a way to track down fleeing enemies.

I do like this, however the message should not be displayed if:

1. The jump was caused by a gate
2. Or the jumping ship is jammed or cloacked

perhaps it could be a second function of the scanner? If you havent changed selected target since the jump, and perform a scan, it will appear in the top right where they jumped.
