Blueprint Permissions by Faction

Hi,

Can we have blue print permissions set by faction as well as or instead of the existing tick boxes for Faction/Others/HomeBase/EnemyUsable?

I've seen a similar request somewhere else, so sorry if this seems repetitive.

In my server, I would like to have specific ships available to pirates, others for Trading Guild and I would like to create other AI based factions that would have their own specific ships.

Command line options would also be cool, like the faction commands for adding/removing users etc.

I like this, going to add in that we need a rank option as well for faction blueprints.
