Better transparency rendering

    When you look through glass in the game you cant see: Atmospheres, Metal Mesh, Text on a display, Sun flares, Missiles, And beams, Please fix this so we can enjoy battles from within our cockpits without having to miss seeing the flying missiles :)

    This is a well known issue, primarily caused by how OpenGL handles transparency.

    It is fixable, but requires a lot of work for relatively little gain, so it is last I heard on the back burner until more actual features are implemented.

    Strange isn't it? how metal mesh you can see through easily while glass bugs and blocks out the above mentioned things?

    That is because mesh simply has gaps in the texture while glass actually has transparency that tints things behind it.
