Give every suggestion forum a poll that ask "Do you want this added to the game?" with the available options of "Yes" "No" "Some of it." When the poll reaches 10 answers it starts check for a "no" rating of less than 25%. If True then the Thread gets flagged as a good idea and the developers get message saying something along the lines of Hey check out this new idea.
