BBCode doesn't parse properly

Currently BBCode can be applied to messages/signatures/etc in the editor; however, when the BBCode formatted content is posted a majority if not all of the custom formatting is ignored.

An example of this would be my signature where the BBCode is:

Underline and color seem to work, though.

It works in the WYSIWYG editor and in the preview, but not in the final post.
