Banking, robberies and policing

    It would be really amazing if admins could choose whether or not to have the StarMade Intergalactic bank as a real place or not.
    Because if it were to be a real place then you could have a massive space station where you could have amazing security and maybe you could even have a system where you pay people to work there.
    Having it as a physical place would make the game more realistic and interesting, maybe you would have to go to the bank to be able to do things like transfer money over a certain amount etc.

    Also, if the bank was not invulnerable then you would be able to try to rob it as you could have it so that all of the money was stored in some sorts of chests inside vaults. Although you would have to make the security of the bank extremely secure otherwise people would keep on coming in and stealing loads of everyone's money. You could even do it so that you would need to be given clearance to enter the sector otherwise ships would be dispatched to destroy you. You could also have massive turrets on the station and massive shields to stop people who got to the bank to break in.
    Another interesting thing which this would allow for would be for when you come onto the server for the first time for you to not have a bank account and for you to need to travel to the Intergalactic bank's HQ to then set up a bank account (which would possibly need for you to pay a certain amount of money to open the account).
    You could also then have multiple banking companies which would give you different interest rates etc. So the banking could get much more realistic and interesting.

    And of course if a bank was damaged then in an hour or so it would repair or something. So that it wouldn't just stay with a massive hole in it or something.

    If you were to have bank robbers, then you would be able to have some sort of police system. Because the police would be then able to be called to the scene (many ships with NPCs that would hunt you down and possibly take you to a prison or just kill you - if you had prisons then to stop people from just suicide and escaping the prisons, you could set their spawning point to that cell for that amount of time that they are in prison for (you could also then have people breaking out of prisons, but that's another topic which I think I don't need to go into)).
    If you had a police system, it could work similar to the system in EVE Online where you have sectors of space which are controlled by the police and sectors or space where they won't hunt you down.

    Were on feedupyourbeast.de use a plugin for that.
    There ar some plugin-server programs out there you could use on your own.

    I think there is no need for a hardcoded feature like this

    And if it becomes a thing, maybe 2 minutes after the attacks stopped, the station would start to repair itself with 2 blocks per second, after 5 minutes with with 10 blocks per second and after 15 with 30 blocks per second (in case someone destroys the whole station, it shouldn't take more than one IRL hour to repair it completly, while the area is surrounded by trading guild's battle ships)

    If this includes the addition of bounty missions, it could be interesting. It seems a little silly in a way, though. In an electronic accounting system like Starmade, credits would be most often stolen by hacking alone due to lack of much/any physical currency.
