Ballistic weaponry

I am not sure if propellant based or electromagnetic weapons have been suggested before, but i believe they would be a good addition to starmade. Electromagnetic weapons could follow the concepts of MACs from Halo where you have to have your targetting perfect and it costs a huge amount of energy to charge the capacitors and recharge them. Railguns like those from Stargate are possible too. Propellant based turrets are simpler to make or buy than their electromagnetic counterparts but fire low damage to shields and high damage to blocks. Electromagnetic projectiles from a "MAC" could do heavy damage to both depending on how long thentube for the launch of the projectile is.

I think an idea like this would work out a lot better now since the game now has soft borders.
