backing up world and ships?

Hey guys quick question.

How do I back up my single player world and the ships in the catalogue? What files do I need to save and what files do not matter?

I ask because I am rebuilding the PC this next couple of weeks and I am backing up all my data and game files/saves and reinstalling windows on a fresh hard drive. And I would like to reinstall Starmade from clean install while I am at it.

The Blueprint and server-database folders are the ones you want.
