Auto-position core anchor

Theoretical scenario: Your friend gives you a ship design and tells you the dimensions of the ship, so you put it in a shipyard of the right size, but can't figure out how to position the core anchor to make it work! Talk about frustrating!

Solution: Add a feature to position the core anchor automatically to allow a ship to fit inside a shipyard as long as the dimensions of said shipyard are large enough. I know, the algorithm would probably be a little bit of a pain to write, but I'm sure it would be worth it.

I believe the core anchor is a place holder mechanic. I think the original shipyard proposal wasn't supposed to have it at all and it was only added as a shortcut to get shipyards out. I think the plan is still to remove it all together somewhere down the line.
