Astronaut Running Animation

At the moment, running appears to be a sped-up walk, and looks strange. With the new boarding tools it appears that Schema is focusing a bit more on astronaut content, so I think now would be a good time to fix this.

Sometimes the animations don't work at all.

The actual animation I don't think is that bad, but what does need fixing is the effect it has an moving non-stationary object. When I was wandering around a ship with an autopilot the animation looked like it was resetting itself constantly.

Well, I wouldn't say it looks horrific, but it doesn't look like running.
