Anti grapple

    Here we go, I know this will receive much hate, so please think out reasoning against it rather than saying I am wrong and should stop.

    Many parts of this game have counters, here is a question on that.
    Should there exists a way to counter the grappling hook?

    I suggest letting a maxed defensive stop effect prevent grappling from functioning. (Don't bite my head off yet)

    Example one.
    A ship trying to avoid others from closing distance /capturing it will have explosive effect to prevent modification of its momentum (this needs nothing more).
    If that ship has a maxed stop effect the enemy can't grapple to it.
    Now the ship trying to capture it will be forced to at least damage/disable said ship in order to catch up and grapple.

    The stop effect (and the mass used on it) will offer the ship no bonuses to combat and only serves to prevent an early/max health grapple.

    Example two.
    A ship without any anti boarding defenses.
    The capturing ship comes up, drops off the crew and they go to work cutting in and capturing it.

    I think boarding is difficult enough as it is, and there are enough overpowered and cheaty ways to stop astronauts, like firing a damage pulse.
