AMC accuracy
It simple. We create an accuracy cone.
AMCs in their current state are pretty damn accurate. You can easily defeat any ship once the shileds are out my drilling a hole through its everything. Most of the time not giving it a fighting chance.
My proposal is that a cone of accuracy be introduced to them. This would come up as a value that you could change in the weapon panel. essentially, the more powerful the AMC gets, the less accurate it would become, but you have the ability to sacrifice another statistic for greater accuracy.
Railgun.
Fo replace the accuracy of the current AMCs, a railgun should be introduced. Think a very fast moving, small radius D1000 missile. with a very long reload time. Ignores 33.3% of shields for radius and block damage.
