Allow the creation of Fleet subdivisions

Main application would be concerning organization of commands and ease of use with large fleets/numbers of fleets and carriers with drones. Subdivisions can be used for purposes such as:


- Recalling drones to a carrier and subsequently recalling the carrier to a space station or mother ship


- Simultaneously moving multiple groups of ships to a single location and subsequently giving individual groups separate commands


- Commanding drones originating from a carrier to attack a location while commanding their carrier to idle a short distance away from the fighting
