Allow negative values for /give_credits

It's a very little request, but it would have many many applications:

Extremely useful for scripts that would work via the console... It would open new doors for customization, making it possible for players to issue certain commands and paying for that.

To make it work well, it would cancel the command if credits would go below 0.
