Bug AI ships not firing laser or missile weapons

With the new update I tried out some of the enemy isanth ships that were added to the game in the new update. The only problem is, none of these enemy pirate ships are firing their weapons at all. I mean, every NOW AND THEN some cannon isanths fire their AMCs but overall they arent really doing anything except drifting around me aimlessly
