    Comr4de has a gif in his signature!

    I want to see them, but I also want to be able to distinguish them from a post.

    I think animated pictures are very annoying while reading any post above or below, as you can't scroll above the first or below the last one.

    I'd recommend using adblock and adding the URL of my signature to the adblock list.

    Another thing I have to keep track of...

    With stylish, do:
    Code:
    @namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml);
    @-moz-document domain("starmadedock.net") {
    [src$=".gif"]{ opacity : 0.1 !important }
    .adsbygoogle{  display : none !important }
    }
    fixed :D

    BTW:

    Site-Rules section 6 said:

    I'm sure at some point they will have to specifically what is and is not appropriate for signatures. And yes, we do need a better break than that dotted line between thread posts and signatures.

    Aye, whether animated signatures are appropriate or not is one of the things we will be deciding on.

    No offense to the OP or anything, but isn't calling out (and naming) a specific user a HUGE "no no" on just about every forum ever?
