A way to enter in a destination?

As I play Starmade, I realize that finding the correct next sector to go to to reach my destination sector is a pain. It would be really nice if you could enter in a sector coordinate in the navigation menu and put a marker on it, or better yet, be able to have your ship begin to go in that direction automatically.

Agreed, this shuld be implemented.

Currently, you are able to set a destination sector marker in the navigation menu (Set Waypoint) and then you can follow the bright white arrow on your screen that points you in the direction you should take for the shortest route.

Is this not what you want? Or did I misunderstand?

Actually it\'s white-blinking cyan arrow/diamond you need to follow for waypoint. It just can\'t make a direct line path from A to B, but it goes through sectors on the path.
