A new adv-build-mode tool (mostly just another GUI option, but a lot better)

    schema: please give us a chunk-editor for the adv-build-mode

    :schema:click 1x1x1 -button and build normally.
    :schema:click 4x4x4 -button and you have a 4x as big wedge - just one button!
    :schema:Same for 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 - just align build box to a xyz%s for s= {2^n} <= (max build box size)

    Difference to box-size:
    :schema:It's just 1 click, not 3 sliders.
    :schema:It's logarithmic.
    :schema:It aligns to a grid xyz%4, instead of xyz%1 ((% = modular in Java)
    This allows us to build faster
    :schema:and may allow a very efficient Memory-Compression on weapon-arrays, shield-chunks, thick hull and alike (at later dev stages) as all (but the most detail-full) ships are build aligned to that grid.

    Sometimes more blocks is not just for combat-ability, but for more details at some (not necessarily all) points.
