The Wrecker is the newest ship design among the pirates. It serves as the mining and salvage craft of their fleet.

Even pirates have to use freighters when they do planet raids. The looter serves as their freighter and small command ship in pickets.

The pirates dedicated interdiction ship. As long as this ship remains operational it's unlikely you will be able to flee the pirate fleet. Equipped with jump inhibitors and a radar jammer it will be quite hard to lock onto. As a defensive measure it also has a large number of lock-on missiles...

The pirate thrasher comes from the same alien race that produced the Plunderer. It is fast and equipped with powerful piercing cannons and a lock-on missile. It also has a ramming lance used to break through a ships hull to allow attackers to get inside the ship.
