moar slabs

Pretty simple but useful suggestion, slabs for metal meshes, grids, and scaffolding! This would work as a great guard-rail that players can somewhat look over. Also perfect for those thin wire walls like in the USS Enterprise(Star Trek G1)'s engine(?) room. (My mind went completely blank there...
