      Trying to increase reactor power output in config... not working

      So all i want to do is use the customBlockBehaviorConfig.xml and multiply the output of reactors on my singleplayer by 10x. can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? the power 2.0 reactors on my singleplayer world are all still putting out default power levels...
